I edited this photo in Camera Raw. I believe this photo has balance because the dark bell tower and the bright sun behind it even each other out. The clouds and the circle around the sun take some of the focus away from the bell tower to create balance.

The lighting is amazing in the photograph. Did you edit it to make the lighting look this way? Where was the sun when the picture was taken?
